This Kodi Integration can be configured to trigger automatic scans for new media (update the library) after each metadata fetch or be set for manual triggers when wished for by the user as well as show notifications when new media is added to your library. The program includes extended support specifically for Kodi through the use of the JSON-RPC protocol. Media Center Master was again slow and I can't tell how many times it just start up locked up. MediaElch is very sluggish and doesn't really conform in the ways you might want it to. I find Tiny Media Manager to be the best by far.
Media Center Master makes use of several unique features such as its own, private usenet news indexer and a centralized database of video file hashes to make detection of movies and videos (even with odd naming) much easier. I have used MediaElch, Media Center Master, & Tiny Media Manager. I also have a few VOBs I will have to check and let you know my results.
I also previously seen where Media Center Master produces this but only for MP4s.
